Instructions to fit:

1. Undo screw below the buckle using screwdriver
2. Cut belt (at buckle end) to desired length
3. Refit buckle and flap to the cut end
4. Use the hole in the flap as a guide to punch hole with an awl or leather-punch
5. Put screw back in place
